New Revieweri order a beelink tv box in october lazada confirm it to deliver it on 2th november. after one week lazada send me a email the item was cancelled, ok not a big deal i order the item again in lazada and same thing lazada confirm the item to deliver on 15 November.
happy days for me :) after one week i ask lazada via email is the item really confirm because in the deliery status i saw only processing. the answer via email from lazada # We would like to inform you that as we have checked, your item status is ready to ship by marketplace and once the item shipped to Thailand, you will receive a notification to update the item status.
then again i got a email from lazada #the item is cancelled# after few email they offer me 500 thb and they gave me 300 thb. what a customer service .....i guess in lazada the right hand dont know what the left hand is doing
