I would say that their customer service is non existent. I ordered a bed base to Koh Lanta and some how the supplier after apparently shipping it, advised they do not deliver there. So I have been chasing for two weeks to get my money back. Customer services just lie and advise that someone will email me and update me of course this never happens.
