Transport problems with Kerry
We have currently placed orders with you for around Baht 14,000. We need these for our two resort complexes.
I have been having major problems with your transport company for a long time.
My order will have a delivery date listed in my Lazada account. a few days later it says in the account that Kerry wanted to deliver but the customer wasn't there. Kerry will try again in 1-2 days. Nothing happens during this time.
But 2 days later our order is simply canceled. What does Kerry actually allow himself to do? We are at home 24 hours a day, we are not informed by text message or phone call. We also never see a Kerry transport vehicle on our access road.
The whole thing has been going on for a few months now. It works perfectly with all other transport companies. You can see for yourself in our two accounts. We expect Kerry to stop using this wrong tactic or we should expect Lazada to subcontract our orders to another carrier.
We are not a small customer.
We await your message.

User's recommendation: It is in Lazada's interest to know that they are losing a lot of customers because the shipping company Kerry is totally unreliable and does not fulfill orders at all. Afterwards Lazada misinformed the customer was not present. These replies from Kerry are in no way correct. Kerry is just trying to cover up his own incompetence in logistics.

The supplier a.d.i.d.a.s on Lazada offers products for sale yet when choosing ' pay on delivery' the product does not arrive and on tracking the kargo report either ' customer not at address' or ' customer refused to accept item' both of which are totally false statements. I suspect similar will happen when choosing to pay up front for the item also. Be aware of this Lazada supplier

Unfortunately I have too go though such measures to get my hard earned money back. I purchased a Sumsung utra S22 cellphone from order #682458****26372
When delivered I received a cellphone with no name on it, why do your company do this?
Advertise name brand then send the customer something different this has happened too me a few time and I sent the product back I don't like it even though I get my money back company has a can't trust reputation. One of your representatives told me you should order from Lazmall because other companies could do this (send customer products that are not advertised)
If your company knows of this practice why do you allow it to keep happening?
I love buy products from Lazada, when I ordered this cellphone I really thought because I was spending 15,800baht I would have no problems. As soon as I received this cellphone and saw it was not what I ordered I sent a message to return this back that was 3months ago. Why do a good customer or any customer have to go through this craziness.
All I want is you to come get this cellphone and return my money back to my debt card, not Lazada wallet which Lazada owes me money about 3000baht on that. I wanted too purchased from the Wallet be couldn't. Then Lazada deleted that account why does your company do these kind of things. I wanted too buy more products but couldn't anyway Let's get your cellphone back that I still have
And then my money back.
Please.
