I ordered something at Lazada Thailand and it never ever got shipped and so of course not delivered. Several contacts by email and phone with their customer service didn't change anything. My worst online shopping experience ever. I just wasted time for nothing. Good that I didn't pay in advance but ordered with COD. Bought in the end at eBay.
